Who do we provide your data to?

In order to be able to send you the ordered goods, we provide your personal data to the selected carrier. In the event of an audit, it makes your personal data available to the relevant audit authority, such as the tax office or SOI.

Accounting services are provided by an external company, to which we provide your personal data for this purpose. This provides sufficient guarantees for the security of your personal data.

How long do we keep your personal data?

We only keep your personal data for as long as necessary. We keep personal data received via the contact form or as part of normal email communication for a period of 3 months. If you order goods from us, we store your personal data for 5 years in case of claims in the future. We keep accounting documents for 10 years. With your consent, we store your personal data in connection with marketing communications for a period of 5 years, unless you withdraw your consent earlier.

Where do we transfer your personal data?

We do not transfer your personal data to any third country.

The security of your personal data is of primary importance to us. In order to ensure the protection of your personal data, we have taken the necessary technical and organizational measures. Personal data processed in the iPodnik cloud solution is encrypted. We have implemented a strong password policy. The persons who process your personal data have been instructed and bound by confidentiality.

What are your rights?


a. Right of access to data

You have the right to know whether we are processing your personal data. If we process these, you can ask us to access the data. Based on your request, we will issue a confirmation with information about the processing of your personal data by our company.

b. Right to rectification

You have the right to have your personal data that we process correct, complete and up-to-date. If your personal data is incorrect or out of date, you can ask us to correct or supplement it.

c. Right to erasure

In certain circumstances, you have the right to have your personal data deleted. You can ask us to delete your data at any time. We will delete your personal data if

we no longer need your personal data for the purpose for which you provided them;
